We were dismayed that our kitchen faucet was having problems AGAIN, when our house was built only 4 years ago and we already had some of the faucet cartridges replaced. I called Roots and when Matt and his helper arrived, he asked questions and listened carefully. He wasn't going to just replace the cartridge again without diagnosing the overall problem that was causing our plumbing failures and offering a solution. They took the time to test the system and gave us three options for repair (including just replacing the cartridge), then with approval completed the upgrade on the same day.
